The Internet Picksheet

Most Pool Managers know very little about setting up an Internet picksheet, and if they use the 1998 Woofpool, they won't have to. The Internet Picksheet allows the pool member to enter their picks any time of the day or night. The pool manager can run a pool with members spread out across the continent. The pool manager can assign a password for each pool member. Setting up the Internet picksheet is as easy as creating the other webpages included with the Woofpool. No more having to print out a stack of picksheets. New For 1999: You can now select the colors you would like to make the picksheet. When you click on the Text or BackGround color buttons, the Windows color dialog box opens. Just select your favorite colors and the Woofpool will correctly map them to their corresponding HTML Hex value. Then click on the View in Browser button to instantly see your work of art :) Another new feature is the addition of a third server so you can connect your picksheet to a different server if the other two are down.

How it works: You create this picksheet by selecting a week and clicking a button! Then simply upload the file along with the rest of your office pool web pages. If you select the Woofpool server, when a pool member fills out the picksheet, they will receive a confirmation email that they can keep for their records. Their picks will automatically be e-mailed to you. After you receive their picks, simply use the The E-Mail Importer to automatically import the picks into the program. You now have the luxury of letting your pool members enter picks any time of the day or night!. If for any reason the Woofpool server is unavailable, an option to use a backup server is provided, although the Wong server will not send a confirmation email to the pool member who fills out the picksheet.
