Pool Memberships

If you run a typical office pool, you might have part of the weekly pool fee go to the weekly pot, and the remainder added into a year ending season pot. Two Problems: The casual user who only plays a few weeks each year must still contribute to the season pot, and the pool member who is only interested in the large season pot must still play (and pay) into the weekly pot. To further add to a pool manager's work, there is currently no office pool software that can separate weekly or season pool standings. In other words, season players interfere with the weekly rankings, and weekly players interfere with the season rankings. We have added a feature that allows you to truly separate your pool into a weekly AND season pool. To accomodate this new feature, we have built THREE separate Pool Standings Screens: A Weekly Pool Screen, A Season Pool Screen, and the Combined Standings Screen, which shows Weekly and Season Standings. The standing screens only show and rank the members who have joined that particular pool (season or weekly). In addition, get ready for some new pool options. You can now set Ties to either a Win, Loss, or Tie. You can sort Season standings using winning pct, with a Minimum Weeks Needed option. The Monday Night tiebreaker now includes a "Bust If Over" option.
